Postage and Delivery:

The product will be imported to our warehouse within 2 - 4 days. Following this, the product will then be packaged and sent off to the customer. This will take approximately 2 - 3 weeks to arrive at the customer's address.

Refund Policy:

If when you receive the product its of damage, please contact us immediately explaining the problems with the product at hand. We are always here to help in times of need.

Our policy for returns are simple. If the product purchased is damaged, you shall contact us within 14 days..

If the product in question is not delivered within the time period above, please contact us immediately. If we feel the product has not been undelivered, we will issue a refund, please note any delivery costs will be deducted from the gross amount incurred from the customer


Late Delivery Complications:

Due to the current circumstances, delivery times may differ between an additional 2 - 4 days.
